Returns Policy

If you need to return an item or items to BoxD Gifting, please contact us via email on hello@boxdgifting.com or call 020 8958 1442.

  • If you need to return an item purchased from the BoxD Gifting website, you can do so within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt
  • Any unwanted items, unless faulty, must be returned in a clean, unused, undamaged and saleable condition. Any tags should be intact and the item should be returned with its original packaging and labels.
  • You will be responsible for the item/s you are returning to BoxD Gifting until it reaches us. We suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery). The cost of returning item/s is your responsibility. You will be refunded the full value of the item, less your delivery costs.

Please note: for reasons of health and safety, we cannot accept returns on food and/or drink (and other perishable goods), any items that come into close personal contact (pierced items, underwear or swimwear and personal grooming appliances including toothbrushes). This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, further details of which are available from the local Trading Standards department or Citizens Advice Bureau.

Refunds

When your item has been received and found to meet the criteria of our returns policy (in good saleable condition etc), returns and refunds are normally processed with 1-4 days of receiving your returned item, and you should therefore expect to see your original payment method credited within this time frame.

Please note these timeframes can vary depending on which financial provider you are using and their own clearance timescales. However, if you are concerned please contact us for confirmation of the date and time of your refund being actioned.

In the rare event that your payment method has expired in between times and we are therefore unable to refund your original tender type, we will arrange for a cheque to be sent to your listed billing address.
